Take some time to look after your body while you’re on holiday this summer.
Carrying heavy luggage, sitting in uncomfy plane seats and sleeping in unfamiliar beds can all take their toll on your body. Every summer I see lots of people returning from holiday with back and neck pain.
Reduce your chance of being one of them with these easy stretches.
Run through these stretches every hour or so during a flight and try to spend a few minutes stretching every day while you are away.
If something does go wrong and you hurt your back or neck, put on an ice pack and book to see your friendly local Osteopath when you get home.
