My clinic is open for face to face osteopathic treatment.

My usual shift pattern is Monday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 3.15pm-9.15pm, Friday 9am – 5pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am-1.30pm.

In line with guidance from Public Health England and the Institute of Osteopathy I am implementing additional safety and hygiene control measures which are outlined below.

I cannot offer face to face appointments to anyone:

  • experiencing symptoms of covid-19
  • with a positive test result for covid-19
  • in close contact with a case of covid-19
  • who has been told to self-isolate or quarantine, for example after travel.

I would be able to see you at the end of your self-isolation or quarantine period.

What to Expect

Making an Appointment & Payment

Contact Ashlins’ reception team on 020 8520 5268 to make your appointment. We will ask you to pay in advance. Give us at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or move your appointment.

You can also book online.

Pre-Appointment Screening

I will contact you the day before your appointment to check if you have been in contact with a case of covid-19 or are experiencing any symptoms. If you have developed symptoms or been in contact with a case, we will reschedule your appointment.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Please wear a mask or face covering for your appointment.
I will be wearing a mask, disposable apron and gloves. I may also wear eye protection. I will wash my hands and forearms before and after treatment.

Arriving for your Appointment

Please wait outside the clinic. I will open the door in time for your appointment. Please attend alone. If you need a chaperone let me know before the appointment. Wear stretchy clothes such as leggings/shorts and a vest or tshirt.

Travel light and bring the minimum possible with you. Leave your extra layers, bags etc at home!

Wash your hands with hand sanitiser when you enter the building.

Cleaning & Hygiene

I will be cleaning and airing the room between every appointment. All soft furnishings and linens have been removed. All equipment is now wipe clean or disposable.
