Here’s a simple trick to improve your posture and reduce your risk of back pain.
Simply sit on upright with your weight going through your sitting bones.
This puts your pelvis and low back in a neutral position, reducing strain on your joints and muscles. It also protects your sacro-iliac joints (SIs) which are found in your pelvis. Sitting in a slouched position can put a lot of pressure on the sacrum and SIs and may result in pain.

Remember that you still need to take regular breaks from sitting – try to get up and move every hour.
