Did you know your TV could be hurting your neck?
If your have to twist your neck to watch TV you may be putting unnecessary pressure on some of your joints. Sitting in that position day in, day out will take its toll and you are likely to end up with neck pain.
Rearrange your living room so your TV so it is directly in front of your chair or sofa. Now your neck will be in a more neutral position, your joints and muscles will be more comfortable and you are less likely to hurt your neck.
This is exactly the same principle as having your computer right in front of you at work.
