Sarah treats muscle, joint and nerve problems using safe, gentle manual techniques.
She has a special interest in managing Sciatic pain, Low back pain and shoulder problems. She uses Niel-Asher Technique and kinesiology taping alongside osteopathic technique, exercise and lifestyle advice.
Sarah trained at BCOM in north west London and graduated in 2008 with a degree in Osteopathic Medicine and diplomas in Osteopathy and Naturopathy.
Nadia Arshad BSc (Hons) OstMed DO
Nadia qualified from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006.
She is a well-established, professional and passionate osteopath. She has built up an enviable reputation over the last 15 years.
She is fluent in Punjabi, Urdu and English.
She offers a holistic approach to osteopathy, principles of which are based on the human body functioning as a unit and having the ability to self heal.
She has a keen interest in medical acupuncture (dry needling) and uses it to treat many conditions.
She also has a keen interest in headaches, migraine and TMJ along with treating other conditions.
Nadia is registered with General Osteopathic Council, registration number 6127.
Antonieta de Alba M.Ost DO ND
Antonieta de Alba is a registered Osteopath.
She trained at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine and qualified in 2016.
Antonieta is passionate about holistic healthcare and decided to become an osteopath to understand how the body functions as a unit, and to then be able to apply this knowledge to help patients achieve a greater sense of well-being.
Antonieta enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints, but has a special interest in tension-related headaches and jaw pain, as well as gastro-intestinal issues.
Antonieta provides lifestyle and exercise advice alongside osteopathic treatment. She treats teenagers and older children, but not babies.
Antonieta is registered with General Osteopathic Council no. 9410.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
